It can be tempting to hop on YouTube or Google, click open a Facebook or Instagram ads, and believe that because the person on the other side of the screen has a nice physique and personality, they must have the answers you need to reach their level of fitness and wellness level. I have done that, and I have been there. While other people’s approaches to fitness can help inspire our own journey and give us more ideas, copying the fitness and nutrition program of another person will not make us look like them.
Maybe you are a new mom, maybe you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, maybe you are during career transition, maybe you just turned 50, maybe you just got through a hard divorce...From genetics and fitness level to lifestyle and personal schedule, there are countless factors that may lead to one approach working well for one person while leaving another person exhausted, disappointed, confused, and with zero progress to show for it.
I am a Precision Nutrition Level 2 certified coach in nutrition and change psychology. I have been working with hundreds of clients over the years from teens to elderly individuals, from pregnant women to professional athletes. Knowing that fitness and wellness is never one size fits all, and it is a long-term process instead of something you could easily fix by joining a popular online 4-week or 6-week or 10-weeks challenge, then hoping you would be fit forever. I am here to help you succeed, to learn the skills that is useful for your lifetime, but not to sell you a quick fix, or to promote what has worked for others.
When it comes to nutrition, I will be your number one ally. Based on your tastes, diet preferences, and life style, we will craft a nutrition plan that you’ll want to stick to and find it sustainable. I will modify your meal plan to ensure you’re feeling fueled everyday while also getting the nutrients your body needs to power through the day and your exercise routines.

I was born and raised in Shanghai, China, and later came to the US to pursue my Master's Degree at NYU. After graduation, I worked in various areas of the performing arts field, including hosting my own radio show where I interviewed musicians and artists for a few years. I never really enjoyed the office settings, so I eventually made a career change into fitness and nutrition coaching where I could stay active and help others do the same. I was a group fitness trainer for 5 years. I then became Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified and started coaching individual clients on how to achieve their wellness and health goals.
Over years, I have worked with hundreds of clients on developing healthy habits that are sustainable, learning the skills that are useful for the lifetime, and feeling better mentally and physically.
I live with my husband, my 10-month old son Norman, and a dog Panda in Stamford. I love to dance, play piano, travel, read and cook.
